Senior Business Consultant – WMS Configuration & Implementation

About the role

We are seeking a Blue Yonder WMS solution expert to lead transformational projects and programs. The role requires strong domain knowledge in Blue Yonder/RedPrairie WMS, the ability to drive change management, and to support customers through planning, cut‑over, go‑live and hyper‑care phases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer communication, facilitate business process mapping and develop functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for user, management and executive audiences.
• Coordinate with development services to ensure quality delivery, organize demonstrations and support level‑3 non‑technical issues during go‑live.
• Design and develop platform workflows, integration scripts, ETL mappings, data models and data loading processes.
• Provide internal training, knowledge transfer and act as liaison between product management and customers for new releases.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of corporate experience in WMS consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance and to work independently and proactively.

Required skills

• Technical configuration of Blue Yonder/RedPrairie WMS, JasperReports, Nice Labels, PageBuilder, MOCA.
• PLSQL, SQL Server, performance tuning, Azure fundamentals.
• Integration experience with ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T, parcel systems, voice, material handling and ASRS.
• Strong knowledge of database structures, ETL mapping, data modeling and data loading.
