Senior Business Analyst – Distribution Data

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Product Engagement team within its Digital, Distribution and Enterprise Engineering (D2E2) organization in Hyderabad. The role focuses on understanding and improving the end‑to‑end distribution data processes that support the firm’s investment products.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse distribution business processes and associated data to identify operational, financial and technological risks.
• Gather and translate business and data requirements into technical specifications for solution development.
• Support product owners in scope management, resolve requirement‑related impediments, and assist with system and user‑acceptance testing.
• Document capabilities needed to address business challenges and validate deliverables against requirements.
• Lead small to mid‑size projects and contribute to larger, more complex initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a data‑centric environment, preferably within financial services or investment distribution.
• Strong understanding of investment and distribution data flows and business processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
