About the role
Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst specialized in Change Management to drive finance transformation initiatives for its banking and financial services clients in India. The role involves working on complex finance data, reporting, and change delivery projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in a Business Finance function or finance‑related projects.
- Qualified accountant, MBA, or finance qualification.
- Proven experience in Change Delivery.
- Familiarity with core client finance and management information tools such as BFA, FTP, TM1.
- Strong data analysis and systems impact analysis capabilities.
- Practical understanding of software development lifecycles, requirements definition, and testing in both waterfall and Agile environments.
