Senior Associate – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to support and optimise daily warehouse operations. The role involves handling quality‑control claims, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring accurate reporting across our e‑commerce fulfilment network.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations and coordination activities.
• Handle doorstep Quality Control (QC) claims and coordinate their resolution.
• Revalidate claims and ensure timely processing.
• Share product images and related documentation for claim investigations across marketplace channels.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve claims and operational issues.
• Assist with additional warehouse operational tasks as assigned.
• Maintain accurate operational reports, trackers, and summaries.
• Monitor workflows and ensure adherence to operational processes and quality standards.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain or e‑commerce fulfilment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and third‑party logistics (3PL) coordination.
• Good understanding of inventory, fulfilment and warehouse processes.
