Senior Associate – Tosca & Manual QA (Enterprise Apps – Salesforce)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to lead Tosca‑based automated testing and manual quality assurance for its Enterprise Applications practice, focusing on Salesforce implementations across clients in India. The role combines deep testing expertise with consulting skills to ensure high‑quality delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca for Salesforce applications.
• Create, document and execute comprehensive manual test cases covering functional, GUI, regression, integration, user‑acceptance, data‑migration and production sanity testing.
• Estimate testing effort, plan test cycles and manage test data.
• Identify, log and track defects throughout the lifecycle, coordinating with development and business teams.
• Support data flow testing between legacy systems and Salesforce, ensuring accurate migration.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams on testing best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, with proven expertise in both automated (Tosca) and manual testing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and common enterprise application integration patterns.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and cross‑functional teams.
