Senior Associate – SOC Cyber as a Service (Advisory)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Cybersecurity and Privacy services team. You will help clients design, implement and operate robust SOC‑as‑a‑Service solutions that protect critical assets and data. The role combines hands‑on incident handling with strategic advisory across a range of security domains.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security events 24/7, detect threats and analyse suspicious activity.
• Perform alert triage, incident validation, severity assessment and escalation according to SOPs.
• Manage SOC platforms, automate workflows and integrate new assets.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence management and threat hunting.
• Produce incident reports and communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years (L1) or 4 years (L2) of experience in SOC, incident management, incident response, threat detection engineering, vulnerability management or related fields.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize alerts and follow defined processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
