Senior Associate ServiceNow Developer – GCC Advisory

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate ServiceNow Developer to join its GCC Advisory team in Bengaluru. You will design, build, and customise ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) solutions that enable digital transformation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and customise HRSD/WSD workflows, forms, widgets, and portals.
• Configure and manage HRSD modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
• Develop custom applications and solutions within the WSD suite, including desk booking, visitor management, and space management.
• Design and implement integrations with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday) using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Integrate security and GRC tools via Integration Hub and REST/SOAP.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, and Script Includes.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ServiceNow HRSD and WSD platforms.
• Strong background in core platform development (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes).
• Hands‑on experience building integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist).
• Senior‑level expertise suitable for a Senior Associate role.
