Senior Associate SAP Functional Consultant – Advisory (Hyderabad)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate SAP Functional Consultant to join its Advisory practice in Hyderabad. The role focuses on SAP SD implementation for pharmaceutical clients, covering rollout, enhancement, and post‑go‑live support. You will work closely with clients to configure solutions, resolve issues, and ensure seamless adoption of SAP applications.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SD processes, including order‑to‑cash, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, and credit/debit memos.
• Handle incidents, change requests, and provide L2/L3 support during AMS phases.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and support UAT, go‑live, and hyper‑care activities.
• Document configurations, maintain SLA‑based ticket resolution, and assist with defect fixing.
• Apply pharma‑specific knowledge such as batch traceability, controlled distribution, and recall processes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) cycle.
• Experience with basic MM/FICO integration concepts.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and incident management.
• Ability to work in a client‑facing environment and deliver high‑quality documentation.
