Senior Associate – SAP BW / SAP Analytics Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice in Hyderabad, focusing on SAP BW and SAP Analytics solutions. You will work with clients to design, implement, and optimise data warehousing and business intelligence platforms that drive strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA models, including Composite providers, Open ODS views, advanced DSOs, and Transformations.
• Expose BW models as HANA views and implement performance optimisation techniques such as data tiering.
• Integrate BW with SAP and non‑SAP source systems, applying appropriate data acquisition methods.
• Lead full‑life‑cycle implementations, from requirement gathering to post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with IT service management teams using ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow and Jira for incident and change management.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA.
• Strong understanding of BW objects and performance optimisation concepts.
• Experience integrating BW with diverse data sources.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service‑management tools.
