Senior Associate – Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Application and Emerging Technology services team in Pune. You will help clients identify, prioritize and integrate emerging technologies, especially Robotic Process Automation, to solve business challenges and drive innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement RPA solutions.
• Use feedback and reflection to develop self‑awareness and address development areas.
• Delegate tasks to provide stretch opportunities and coach junior team members.
• Apply critical thinking to structure unstructured problems and extract insights from industry trends.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, ensuring compliance with PwC’s code of ethics.
• Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders using structured, straightforward language.
