Senior Associate – Relationship Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Associate to act as a Recruitment Partner for its Global Delivery Services in India. You will lead end‑to‑end talent attraction for all service lines, using data‑driven insights to shape hiring strategies and enhance employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast business hiring needs and design proactive sourcing strategies.
• Drive data‑informed decisions and track hiring metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional hiring projects and ensure timely, budget‑compliant closures.
• Manage offer negotiation, roll‑out, and post‑offer acceptance processes.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in professional services.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex hiring programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpretation skills.
• Commercial awareness and the capacity to develop actionable hiring plans.
• Experience with large‑volume hiring and collaboration with talent acquisition teams.
