Senior Associate – React Front‑End Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate – React Front‑End Engineer to join our Pune office. The role focuses on building high‑quality, user‑facing web applications within our Consulting & Technology squads, using modern React and TypeScript practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reusable React components and TypeScript code following the squad’s architecture.
• Implement client‑side features such as routing, state management, data fetching, forms, validation and API integration.
• Write clean, secure, and performant front‑end code that meets accessibility standards.
• Create and maintain automated tests (unit, component, integration, end‑to‑end) using Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library and Playwright.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, static analysis, and deployment readiness for front‑end applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners and back‑end engineers to deliver responsive user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming and technical discussions, and mentor junior developers.
• Diagnose and resolve front‑end issues affecting performance, reliability or production stability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a front‑end engineer building complex React applications.
• Ability to work independently on well‑defined tasks and contribute to squad‑level technical decisions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to engineering best practices in an Agile environment.
