Senior Associate, Procurement

About the role

Circles is seeking a strategic, detail‑oriented Senior Associate to lead technology spend management. The role will own the full vendor lifecycle, negotiate IT contracts and drive cost‑optimization across the organization’s SaaS, cloud and hardware spend.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with technology vendors, implementing performance and risk management frameworks.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals and administration for software, hardware, cloud services, consulting and telecom agreements.
• Analyze IT spending patterns, identify cost‑saving opportunities and support budgeting/forecasting for technology categories.
• Maintain a centralized repository of vendor agreements and ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs and internal policies.
• Conduct due‑diligence, risk assessments and support audit requests related to vendor and contract management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain or related field.
• 6+ years of procurement or contract management experience, with at least 3 years focused on technology spend.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience managing SaaS, IaaS, PaaS licensing models.
• Solid understanding of p2p processes, financial governance and ERP systems.

Required skills

• Vendor management tools such as SAP Ariba, Coupa or ServiceNow.
• Advanced Excel and spend‑analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SaaS, IaaS, PaaS licensing, cloud services and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement (p2p) workflows.
