Senior Associate – Microsoft Dynamics & SharePoint

About the role

PwC’s Microsoft Dynamics team is looking for a Senior Associate to help clients transform their technology landscape across front‑, back‑ and mid‑office functions. The role combines consulting expertise with deep knowledge of Microsoft platforms, enabling strategy‑led, technology‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites and OneDrive integrations to support collaboration.
• Automate tasks and manage environments using PowerShell scripting.
• Provide support for Azure services, Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets and apply ITIL processes to ensure service quality.
• Work on a 24 × 5 rotational shift pattern to meet client needs.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of relevant experience.
• B.Tech or B.E. degree.
• Team player with strong communication skills and willingness to up‑skill.
• Comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.
