Senior Associate - MERN Full Stack Developer (GCC Advisory)

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Associate MERN Full Stack Developer for its GCC Advisory practice in Bangalore. The role sits within the software and product innovation team, which develops software solutions and drives product innovation for clients. The position is at Senior Associate level and requires 5 to 8 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new use cases according to user stories.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize components for performance across web-capable devices and browsers.
• Work closely with senior developers on feature development.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in the codebase.

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech/MCA/MTech).
• Ability to understand business requirements and turn them into technical requirements.
• Ability to benchmark and optimize.

Required skills

• TypeScript and JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and React, with experience of the latest React features.
• State management (Redux, Redux Toolkit, Redux Offline).
• Unit and end-to-end testing, and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• JWT and OAuth authorization mechanisms.
• Webpack, npm and CI/CD pipelines; micro-frontend architecture.
• Git and Azure; Agile development.
