In-Manager, SAP RAR - Advisory

About the role

PwC is hiring an experienced SAP RAR Manager in its advisory practice in Bangalore. The role covers consulting services across various SAP applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency through analysis, implementation and training. The position suits managers with strong SAP implementation experience across several projects and deep knowledge of SAP RAR.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP RAR projects, including planning, execution and delivery of large-scale global implementations, often leading cross-functional teams
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure revenue recognition rules (RAI, BRF+), contract management and event-based postings
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules (SD, FI/CO, PS, BRIM) and external systems such as Salesforce
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15/ASC 606, implement internal controls and support audits
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, testing and reconciliation for revenue-related transactions
• Partner with finance, IT and business leaders, manage external partners and train and support users
• Resolve production issues, coordinate month-end close support and continuously improve processes

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience
• Master's degree (MBA, M.Tech, M.E.) or equivalent undergraduate degree (B.Tech, B.E., MCA, CA)
