About the role
PWC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Management Consulting – Financial Services practice in Mumbai. The role focuses on helping clients reimagine their operations and develop competitive advantages through strategic advisory services.
Key responsibilities
- Drive growth strategy, new‑business set‑up, cost optimisation and market entry initiatives across Banking, NBFC and Asset Management sectors.
- Lead business development activities, generate consulting opportunities and create winning proposals.
- Convert opportunities into engagements, manage delivery, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Meet defined Business Development and Engagement Delivery targets.
Required profile
- MBA from a premier institute.
- Prior consulting experience in Management Consulting with a focus on Financial Services.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and manage multiple pursuits.
Required skills
- Strong commercial acumen and persuasive communication.
- Effective team management and ability to engage C‑Suite stakeholders.
