About the role
The Senior Associate will manage litigation matters for our legal team in Mumbai. This full‑time, on‑site position involves drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and preparing opinions, memos and court filings.
Key responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions and other court documents.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
- Prepare legal opinions, memoranda and filing packages.
- Develop case strategies and support dispute resolution efforts.
- Appear before forums and courts as required.
Required profile
- LL.B degree from a recognized institution; LL.M or additional corporate/commercial law qualifications are a plus.
- Prior experience as an associate or senior associate in a law firm or in‑house legal team handling litigation.
- Strong analytical mindset with a commercially oriented approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
