Senior Associate – Internal Audit – Managed Services – Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Internal Audit team in Pune. You will help build, optimise and deliver end‑to‑end internal audit services across a range of industries, leveraging managed services, co‑sourcing and emerging risk technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent assessments of financial statements, internal controls and other assurable information.
• Evaluate compliance with regulations and assess governance and risk‑management processes.
• Support IA function set‑up, transformation, co‑sourcing, outsourcing and managed‑services delivery.
• Utilise AI and risk‑technology tools to enhance audit effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cyber, forensics and compliance experts to address the full spectrum of risks.

Required profile

• Senior Associate with experience in internal audit, risk assurance or related advisory services.
• Ability to work with clients across multiple industries and deliver high‑quality audit outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
