Senior Associate – Internal Audit (Advisory) – Gurgaon

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Internal Audit Advisory team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on delivering internal audit services, including risk‑based assessments and cloud‑security reviews for a range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute internal audit plans that evaluate governance, risk management and control processes.
• Perform cloud‑security assessments across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environments, working with major cloud service providers.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing and compliance reviews to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with audit and advisory teams to deliver end‑to‑end audit solutions, including co‑sourcing and managed services.
• Leverage emerging technologies such as AI and risk analytics to enhance audit effectiveness.

Required profile

• Graduate degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in internal audit, risk management or cloud security.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess complex control environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a client‑facing role.
