Senior Associate – Instructional Designer (L&D)

About the role

Riveron India is looking for a strong Instructional Designer to create engaging digital learning experiences. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts and senior designers to design and build learner‑focused content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop instructional design documents and storyboards for e‑learning modules.
• Convert source material into learner‑friendly formats such as job aids and training guides.
• Collaborate with SMEs, graphic designers, and developers to produce high‑quality courses.
• Conduct basic needs analysis and research learning content.
• Perform course reviews and revisions based on stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure alignment with instructional design standards and learning objectives.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of instructional design fundamentals.
• Strong storyboarding abilities.
• Proficiency with e‑learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Captivate.
• Ability to structure and write content independently.
• Attention to detail and a collaborative team mindset.
