Senior Associate IAM Implementer – GCC Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its GCC Advisory team in Bangalore, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Customer IAM (CIAM) implementations. You will work with a diverse set of clients to design, configure and operate secure identity solutions that protect critical data and enable business agility.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure IAM and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions across enterprise environments.
• Deliver end‑to‑end identity lifecycle management, including joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes for workforce and customer identities.
• Configure and integrate platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Saviynt, and other access management tools with on‑premise and cloud applications.
• Implement access provisioning, de‑provisioning, role‑based access control (RBAC), and access certification workflows.
• Support CIAM capabilities including authentication, authorization, identity federation, and user profile management.
• Collaborate with application, security, and business teams to onboard applications and align identity controls with security and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• 3–10 years of experience in IAM/CIAM implementation.
• Proven experience with identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver) for both workforce and customers.
• Any educational background; formal qualifications are not mandatory.
