About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Internal Audit (IA) Managed Services Advisory team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on building, optimizing and delivering end‑to‑end internal audit services for clients across industries, leveraging AI and advanced risk technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement IA function setups, transformations, co‑sourcing and outsourcing models.
• Deliver managed audit services using AI‑driven risk technology platforms.
• Integrate IA capabilities with cyber, forensics and compliance expertise to address a full spectrum of risks.
• Support clients in protecting value, navigating disruption and enabling confident risk‑taking.
• Collaborate with industry and technical specialists to provide holistic advisory solutions.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with experience in internal audit, risk assurance or related advisory services.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work with diverse clients and industries.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality audit outcomes.
