Senior Associate – HighRadius Implementation

About the role

Riveron is seeking a Senior Associate to support the implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications, delivering exceptional outcomes for clients across the Order‑to‑Cash cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in end‑to‑end implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud across design, build, testing, cutover, go‑live and hypercare phases.
• Gather and document business requirements, map processes, and configure functional components.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, product, technical and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct testing, validate configurations, track and resolve issues.
• Prepare training materials, support client onboarding and user training.
• Maintain implementation documentation, issue logs and status reports.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in implementation, functional analysis or SaaS‑related roles.
• Basic understanding of the Order‑to‑Cash cycle (Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, Payment Portal).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• HighRadius Receivables Cloud (preferred).
• Foundational SaaS configuration knowledge.
• ERP systems familiarity.
