Senior Associate – Full Stack .NET Engineer

About the role

The Senior Associate – Full Stack Engineering role is a hands‑on position focused on delivering high‑quality user‑facing and back‑end solutions. Reporting to senior technical leadership, you will work within Agile squads to translate architectural direction into maintainable .NET and React applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain React, TypeScript.NET and C# applications following clean‑architecture principles.
• Build reusable UI components, API services, domain services, background workers and integrations.
• Write secure, SOLID‑compliant code for front‑end and back‑end layers, including SQL Server / Entity Framework data access.
• Create and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Support observability, logging, monitoring, performance tuning and accessibility compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, lead engineers and peers through code reviews, pairing and design discussions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to shared standards, templates and documentation.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of professional experience as a full‑stack engineer.
• Proven ability to work independently on well‑defined features and deliver robust web applications.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating in cross‑functional Agile squads.
