Senior Associate, Employee Relations – Internal Firm Services

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Internal Firm Services team within Human Capital. In this position you will support employee relations across the firm, ensuring a positive workplace environment and compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and staff.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on best practices and professional standards.
• Collaborate with Acceleration Center services (Advisory, Assurance, Tax, Business Services) to deliver HR support for client engagements.
• Maintain accurate employee records, oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Interpret data and trends to develop insights and recommendations for improving employee experience.
