Senior Associate – Corporate Tax

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Tax team. You will advise clients on local and international tax matters, support tax strategy development, and help improve their tax function to manage risk and drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services for corporate clients, including cross‑border transactions.
• Analyze pricing implications of inter‑company transactions and advise on transfer‑pricing issues.
• Support clients in developing tax strategies that align with business objectives and increase post‑tax profits.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings, documentation, and reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions across advisory, assurance, and business services.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, CTA) or progress towards it.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex tax regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Commitment to ethical standards and PwC’s code of conduct.
