Senior Associate – Business Analyst, Financial Services GCC Advisory

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate – Business Analyst to work within its Financial Services Global Capability Centres (GCC) Advisory practice in Bangalore. The role blends strategy consulting, operating model design, and technology orientation to help banking and financial services clients transform their GCC operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support GCC strategy formulation for banking and financial services clients, including scope definition, maturity assessment and phased growth roadmaps.
• Design target operating models (TOMs) covering business, operations, risk, finance and technology functions.
• Assist in establishing transformation Centres of Excellence (COEs) and driving AI‑enabled transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to optimise costs, processes and organisational design.
• Benchmark performance, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to value‑realisation plans.

Required profile

• 6–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in Financial Services GCCs or strategy consulting.
• Postgraduate degree (MBA – Strategy, Operations, Finance or Technology Management preferred).
• Proven experience in operating model design, cost and process optimisation, and AI‑enabled transformation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
