Senior Associate Azure Networking & Security Engineer

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced Azure Networking & Security Engineer to join its Digital Integration Advisory team in Kolkata. You will design, implement and secure Azure network infrastructures for enterprise‑scale clients, ensuring high performance, compliance and resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage Azure networking components such as VNets, NSGs, VPNs and ExpressRoute.
• Implement and maintain Azure security services including Azure Firewall, Web Application Firewall and Defender for Cloud.
• Configure identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and role‑based access control.
• Monitor network performance, security posture and compliance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Automate deployments and configuration using PowerShell, Azure CLI and Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with Azure networking and cloud security.
• Strong understanding of enterprise connectivity solutions and security best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
