Senior Associate / Assistant Manager – Training & Quality

About the role

Emeritus is looking for a high‑impact Senior Associate / Assistant Manager to own the end‑to‑end learning and quality lifecycle for its Senior Executive Programs Online, online certificates, bootcamps and CLP portfolios. The role blends consultative sales training with rigorous quality auditing to boost conversion rates and enhance learner experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage New Hire Training (NHT) to achieve 100% throughput, guiding advisors from Day of Joining to certification.
• Design and deliver training for high‑ticket consultative sales, focusing on Pure Talk Time (PTT) and Lead‑to‑App (L2A) conversion metrics.
• Ensure new advisors submit their first application within 10 days of going live.
• Oversee bottom‑quartile and new‑hire advisors (under 90 days) to drive consistent quarterly improvement.
• Conduct hands‑on audits of inbound and outbound calls, evaluating pitch, hygiene and compliance within a consultative framework.
• Provide actionable feedback to Outreach Advisors and run regular calibration sessions with stakeholders.
• Document assessments, identify performance trends and report on KPIs such as A2PA.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training delivery, sales enablement and quality assurance.
• Ability to manage new‑hire onboarding and drive performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills to audit calls and report on key performance indicators.
• Excellent communication skills for coaching and stakeholder alignment.
