Senior Associate / Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a dynamic Senior Associate or Assistant Manager to lead high‑volume recruitment for non‑technical roles such as sales, marketing and corporate functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys multitasking and is eager to build a long‑term career in recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for a variety of high‑scale, non‑technical positions.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Introduce innovative hiring methods and channels to attract top talent.
• Monitor market trends and ensure recruitment strategies stay competitive.
• Maintain high‑quality, accurate job descriptions across all platforms.
• Track recruitment metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Organise and run hiring drives, managing multiple overlapping processes.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience recruiting high‑volume, non‑technical roles, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
