Senior Associate – Advisory Operations

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Advisory Operations team in Chennai. You will help clients identify, prioritize and integrate emerging technologies that solve business challenges, while contributing to the firm’s purpose‑led, values‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize emerging technologies that address client business problems.
• Design integration approaches for new technologies, skills and processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex issues from strategy through execution.
• Use feedback and reflection to develop self‑awareness and address development areas.
• Delegate tasks, coach teammates and provide stretch opportunities.
• Apply critical thinking to bring order to unstructured problems.
• Extract insights from industry and sector trends using appropriate tools.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance.
• Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders.
