Senior Architect

About the role

The Senior Architect will lead the preparation and verification of detailed working drawings and specifications, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project standards. This position involves regular on‑site supervision to guarantee that construction work aligns with approved drawings and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and check working drawings and detailed design documents within project timelines.
• Finalize project specifications and ensure they are accurately reflected in construction documents.
• Conduct frequent site visits throughout the construction phase to monitor quality of work against specifications and drawings.
• Verify compliance with all relevant regulations, including building codes, RERA, EC, and IGBC standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior‑level architect in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of architectural documentation, specification development, and on‑site quality control.
• Familiarity with Indian regulatory frameworks such as RERA, EC, and IGBC.
