Senior Analyst – Value Quantification Program

About the role

The Senior Analyst for the Mastercard Value Quantification (MVQ) Program will act as a governance lead, ensuring consistent methodologies and robust value narratives across Mastercard’s Core, Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF), and Services businesses. You will partner with the MVQ Program Director, managers, and senior leadership to drive adoption, track impact, and craft a cohesive value story for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold MVQ standards and best practices across all value‑quantification activities.
• Provide hands‑on guidance and quality assurance to product and analytics teams developing ROI models and client value propositions.
• Ensure consistent assumptions, data sources, and calculation methods enterprise‑wide.
• Partner with MVQ Program Director and managers to drive adoption and excellence in value quantification.
• Assist the VP in creating a holistic value narrative for Mastercard.
• Measure program success by tracking usage, outcomes, and producing executive‑ready insights.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration at the intersection of data analysis, strategy, and storytelling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in value quantification, ROI modeling, or related analytical functions.
• Strong governance and quality‑assurance mindset.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, analytics, and senior leadership teams.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex analyses into executive‑level narratives.
• Experience in the payments or financial services industry is a plus.
