Senior Analyst, OTC & Accounts Receivable (French)

About the role

This senior analyst position supports Bacardi Enterprise Services (BES) in France, driving the Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) process and ensuring high‑quality customer service. The role combines collections, deduction settlement, and bad‑debt management while leveraging shared‑services efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the accounts‑receivable portfolio for French customers, accelerating cash collections and reducing DSO, bad debts, and overdue percentages.
• Execute the full OTC cycle, including customer contact, escalations, legal referrals, order analysis, and release.
• Act as a primary liaison between BES and the market, coordinating with rebates, customer‑service, cash‑applications, and commercial teams.
• Perform monthly SOX controls, reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Lead projects and process‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and simplify workflows.
• Participate in regular stakeholder meetings to share results, address challenges, and secure support.

Required profile

• Finance background with at least three years of experience in collections, credit management, invoice collection, or deduction settlement.
• Experience working in a shared‑services environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience in process and quality analysis.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English.
