Senior Analyst – GBS Commercial

About the role

AB InBev GCC is looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Analyst to support its Global CX Process, focusing on NPS survey campaigns across more than 30 countries. The role will drive data‑driven decisions by analysing customer feedback, optimising survey frameworks and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve the end‑to‑end customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quarterly NPS survey kick‑offs, align countries on prerequisites, timelines and survey structure, and ensure data quality and statistical significance.
• Generate and publish NPS results, develop actionable insights from Voice‑of‑Customer data, and create Power BI dashboards for stakeholders.
• Conduct tactical and quarterly reviews with country teams, partner with Market Managers, Sales and Customer Service to translate insights into operational improvements.
• Refine sampling methodologies, automate data collection/reporting workflows, and continuously improve survey response rates and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Computer Science) or a Master’s in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, Economics or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in business analysis, CX research or survey analytics, preferably in CPG/retail.
