Principal Analyst – GBS Commercial (Bangalore)

About the role

We are looking for a Principal Analyst to join the GBS Commercial team at AB InBev in Bangalore. The role focuses on creating best‑in‑class planograms and reports for retail and wholesale partners, supporting Category Management and National Retail Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually appealing, versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions and defined flow.
• Conduct quality control to ensure planograms meet assortment, visual appeal, innovation and shelving metrics.
• Lead multiple projects, track timelines, coordinate activities and resolve issues to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Leverage data to allocate the right space for the right product and continuously improve output quality and timeliness.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in space planning using tools such as JDA, Spaceman or Hoffrogge, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work collaboratively with multi‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation and ability to meet SLAs and tight deadlines.
