Senior Analyst, FP&A Systems and Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a systems‑savvy and detail‑oriented Senior Analyst to join our FP&A team, reporting to the Senior Manager – FP&A within the CFO Office. You will own the FP&A systems, reporting automation, and data integrity, ensuring planning and reporting processes are accurate, efficient, and scalable across our enterprise SaaS, services, MVNO, and travel‑tech businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance the FP&A platform (Datarails) and reporting infrastructure (Oracle, Workday, etc.), ensuring system integrity, automation, and optimization.
• Drive data governance, version control, and single‑source‑of‑truth data across FP&A outputs, including integrations, data mapping, allocations, models, templates, and dashboards.
• Partner with the Senior Manager to build scalable, automated forecasting, variance, and reporting workflows, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
• Support group‑wide budgeting and forecasting cycles by consolidating business unit inputs, maintaining the master forecast model, and ensuring accurate accruals and allocations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A, financial systems, or reporting infrastructure experience, with a focus on implementing and improving financial planning and management reporting processes.
• Hands‑on expertise rolling out and maintaining FP&A systems and integrating them with ERP/HRMS platforms such as Oracle and Workday.
• Strong understanding of bottom‑up and driver‑based planning models.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to translate complex data into business insights.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling and template‑building.
• Data querying skills and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience with FP&A platforms (e.g., Datarails) and ERP/HRMS integrations (Oracle, Workday).
