Accounting Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Officer to join our Finance team. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounting processes, ensuring timely reconciliations and assisting with statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail and hands‑on experience with accounting software.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and record debit and credit vouchers accurately.
• Maintain day‑to‑day accounting entries and financial records.
• Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle GST and TDS payments and reconciliations.
• Support statutory and taxation‑related reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly and periodic financial reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance‑related requirements.
• Support day‑to‑day finance and accounting activities.

Required profile

• B.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Tally and Focus.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS and statutory accounting requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
