Senior Analyst - Corporate Card Administrator

About the role

WPP is looking for a Senior Analyst to lead the administration of its Corporate Card programme. You will act as the central hub for cardholder support, data governance and operational excellence across multiple regions and entities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cardholder accounts, corporate billing accounts and programme hierarchies.
• Monitor centrally billed payment processes and ensure timely settlement.
• Administer account updates such as name, company or hierarchical changes.
• Provide guidance on card applications, issuance criteria, credit and transaction limits.
• Track, report and remediate cardholder delinquency issues.
• Support roll‑outs of new divisions, sites, billing accounts and programme expansions.
• Deliver continuous education to cardholders and programme administrators.

Required profile

• High attention to detail and strong written communication.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven change‑agent mindset during process transitions.
• Problem‑solving orientation with an issue‑management approach.
• Experience delivering training to end users and local teams.
• Familiarity with KYC, credit structures and internal audit requirements.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of commercial card processes (T&E, P‑Card, Corporate Card).
• Proficiency in corporate card administration, reporting and application maintenance.
• Knowledge of hierarchy setup, MCC controls, card issuance policies and billing structures.
• Ability to ensure data accuracy across multiple systems.
