Senior Analyst – Cash Flow (ATR)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Analyst (ATR) to manage cash‑flow transactions, reconciliation and forecasting for the Western European zone, based in Bangalore. The role supports finance, treasury and business units to optimise working capital and provide accurate cash‑flow insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare full‑year payment planning and align with tax, payroll, lease, supplier and customer payments.
• Forecast and position cash inflows and outflows months in advance.
• Support global treasury on cash pooling and efficient fund utilisation.
• Track timely collections from key customers and review overdue deductions with sales finance.
• Present cash‑flow performance to senior finance leaders, highlighting variance drivers and action points.
• Automate and improve cash‑flow reporting processes to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of business‑process experience, preferably in cash‑flow reporting and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (SOX, IFRS, MICS).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• High sense of urgency, ability to work independently and drive process improvements.

• Business Objects or similar query tools.
• MS PowerPoint for senior‑management presentations.
