Senior Analyst - Accounts Payable

About the role

Momentive is seeking a skilled Senior Analyst to lead U.S. Accounts Payable activities while coordinating with the AP Shared Services team in Bangalore. The role serves as the subject‑matter expert for critical AP processes, systems, and reporting initiatives across the Procure‑to‑Pay function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage U.S. year‑end 1099 and 1042 reporting and ensure tax compliance.
• Administer virtual card programs, resolve processing issues and collaborate with IT, Procurement and suppliers.
• Perform Blackline reconciliations for Truist, Citibank and consignment accounts.
• Set up, maintain and execute recurring journal/payment entries with proper approvals.
• Support internal and external audit requirements and AP transformation initiatives.
• Act as SME for AP systems (Ariba, SAP, Virtual Cards, CASS, Tellennium, Legal Tracker) and P2P workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or finance.
• Strong understanding of U.S. AP processes, SAP or similar ERP, and AP controls.
• Experience in manufacturing or shared‑services environment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate globally.
