Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

Numerator is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist who is fluent in Spanish to manage invoicing, collections, and cash application for all customer contracts. The role sits within the Finance team and works closely with revenue accountants and the sales organization to ensure accurate billing and timely revenue reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor setup requests and maintain vendor documentation, including tax and banking information.
• Prepare quotes, obtain purchase orders, and review sales orders for billing approval.
• Generate, approve, and submit invoices on a daily batch or on‑demand basis.
• Handle credit memos, re‑bill sales orders, and produce client account statements.
• Manage online portals for invoice submission and vendor remittance updates.
• Respond to client inquiries about invoices, billing status, and cancellation requests.
• Follow up with customers on open invoices and coordinate refund requests with accounts payable.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in billing, collections, and cash application.
• Fluent in Spanish (must).
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service oriented attitude.
