About the role
We are seeking a diligent Senior Accountant to join a growing premium label manufacturer in Surat, Gujarat. The role involves managing end‑to‑end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations, and supporting the finance team with accurate reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B) and reconcile GSTR‑2A.
- Complete accounts finalisation on a monthly basis.
- Handle TDS calculations, journal entries, and timely filing of TDS returns.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain up‑to‑date ledgers.
- Supervise junior staff and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
- Provide data and reports for internal financial analysis.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounts finalisation, GST and TDS compliance.
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy.

- Tally ERP
- Microsoft Excel
