Senior Accountant – Accounts & Finance (Real Estate)

About the role

We are a growing real‑estate development firm based in Kharghar and are seeking a reliable Senior Accountant to manage daily financial operations. The role involves overseeing accounting entries, payments, and compliance for active construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books in Tally, ensuring daily updates and clean ledgers.
• Process vendor, site, and contractor invoices and schedule timely payments.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss reports, and monitor cash flow.
• Handle registration work and track sold unit monitoring.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on accounting experience in a real‑estate or construction environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and disciplined work habits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Practical knowledge of payment processing, bill verification, and basic GST/TDS rules.
