Senior Account Manager

About the role

Safexpress, India’s leading logistics provider, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead growth initiatives with its corporate clientele in the Pune‑Chakan region. You will be responsible for expanding revenue, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Grow revenue from existing corporate clients through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Ensure timely collections and smooth account management.
• Strengthen client relationships with regular meetings and business reviews.
• Handle price negotiations and conduct periodic business reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee service excellence.

Required profile

• Graduate, MBA or PGDM (Marketing / International Business) preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably in logistics.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Own conveyance and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
