Security Specialist – Executive Protection & Site Security

About the role

Pinkerton is seeking a Security Specialist to act as the primary security point of contact for a local office/site while also providing Executive Protection (EP) for C‑suite and senior leadership visits. The role blends routine corporate security duties with high‑visibility executive movement coordination, requiring professionalism, discretion, and rapid response capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute secure movements for C‑suite and senior leaders, including advance checks, route planning, and real‑time escort support.
• Maintain readiness of an on‑call escort vehicle and respond immediately to security threats, medical incidents, or emergencies.
• Serve as the local security liaison, working with guarding teams, facility management, and external vendors.
• Support access control, incident management, emergency preparedness, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Conduct basic risk assessments for offices and sites and recommend mitigation measures.
• Liaise with local law enforcement, emergency services, and trusted security partners as needed.
• Prepare clear incident, movement, and visit reports; participate in post‑incident reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate security, site security, or executive protection.
• Prior experience supporting C‑suite or senior leadership security operations.
• Background in armed forces, law enforcement, or professional private security is advantageous.
• Strong situational awareness, risk‑assessment capability, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
