Security Risk Analyst

About the role

Airbus is looking for a Security Risk Analyst to join its Corporate Cyber Security team in the Bangalore Area, India. The role will support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of information security risk management processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation, documentation and enforcement of cyber‑risk policies and procedures.
• Maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Manage and optimise cybersecurity risk‑management platforms, configure tools, integrate them with existing security infrastructure and monitor performance.
• Consolidate risk data from multiple sources, produce integrated risk views and prepare detailed risk reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, security, compliance and business units to align risk activities with organisational goals and translate risk data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating and supporting information security risk management processes.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset for risk aggregation, validation and reporting.

Required skills

• Familiarity with cybersecurity risk‑management platforms and tooling.
• Knowledge of risk governance, compliance frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Experience in risk analytics, risk treatment planning and residual risk calculation.
