Security Officer – Site Management for FMCG Manufacturing Plant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Security Officer to lead security operations at a large FMCG manufacturing facility. The role is payroll‑based with the incumbent deployed on‑site, overseeing a team of 75+ guards across 24/7 shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily shift schedules, attendance, and roster for a 75‑guard workforce.
• Conduct on‑site supervision to ensure guards are positioned, uniformed, and alert.
• Provide onboarding and continuous training on site‑specific security protocols.
• Monitor access control at main gates, logging visitors, vehicles, and materials.
• Organise regular patrols and ensure CCTV, fire alarms, and other security equipment are operational.
• Maintain liaison with client’s local management and submit daily reports, attendance logs, and incident documentation.
• Lead emergency response actions for fire, medical incidents, strikes, or labor unrest.
• Investigate thefts, property damage, and security disputes, producing detailed reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of security operations experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage a large security team (70+ guards).
• Graduate degree; ex‑servicemen or candidates with a defence/paramilitary background are preferred.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills in English.
