Security Officer (Field)

About the role

The Security Officer will be based on‑site in Rajkot, providing full‑time protection for SIS Group Enterprises’ premises. You will monitor access points, conduct patrols and respond to incidents to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Control and verify entry at all access points, maintaining accurate visitor logs.
• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned site and identify potential safety or security risks.
• Operate and monitor surveillance equipment and alarm systems as required.
• Document incidents promptly and cooperate with internal teams and external authorities.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous assistance to staff and visitors.

Required profile

• Strong observation skills, attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Effective communication abilities for interaction with staff, visitors and authorities.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and follow established safety procedures.
• Basic physical fitness for extended standing, patrols and routine security duties.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
